Yakima BigCatch Kayak Rack - 8004091

Heavy fishing kayaks deserve heavy-duty support. The Yakima BigCatch is the first universal kayak saddle engineered specifically to handle oversized sit-on-tops and loaded fishing rigs without sagging or shifting.

• Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with reinforced materials to support the weight and width of modern fishing kayaks that standard saddles can't handle.
• Universal Fit: Mounts to most crossbar systems, making it the go-to upgrade for anglers outgrowing basic kayak carriers.
• Stable Hull Support: Wide saddle design cradles the full beam of sit-on-top kayaks, preventing wobble during transport to your launch spot.

The BigCatch exists because standard kayak racks weren't designed for the reality of today's fishing kayaks. Where traditional saddles struggle with weight distribution and hull contact, this rack delivers the robust platform your heavy boat needs. Mount two sets to your crossbars and you've got a transport system that finally matches the scale of serious fishing gear.
